Rebel Books LLP was an idea that was banded about over coffee and had been one Partner's dream for some time. Was it the kind of idea that never becomes a reality? Not this time!
The two driving forces behind the small independent publishing house are used to adversity and are determined that nothing is going to stand in their way of making Rebel Books LLP a big success.
The concept behind Rebel Books LLP is to produce books which are compulsive reading for children and young adults, but which can be enjoyed by people of all ages. There has been a growth in strong new independent publishing houses over the last few years and each one has something different to offer.
Rebel Books LLP aims to be a friendly, professional business that promises both authors and readers alike the chance to be part of something special. Rebel Books LLP is committed to producing children's and young adult literature that is going to stand the test of time. We want to work closely with all our authors to ensure that our publications are as big a success as possible.

We do aim to give feedback on all submissions, although depending on the number of submissions we receive you may have to bear with us for a little while.
It doesn't matter whether you are a published writer or currently undiscovered, what we are looking for is talent, a passion for your craft and a really good story.
We will be marketing the books to various booksellers and would hope to provide them with marketing material such as posters, postcards and flyers. However authors will also be responsible for marketing their own work. There is also an on-line book shop so customers can buy direct from us if they cannot find the book in their local store.
Please note that at present we will be concentrating distribution and marketing on United Kingdom audiences. We will accept submissions from all over the world but please be aware some of our titles may not be directly available in your bookshops and you may have to acquire them from the UK marketplace. It is our aim to achieve worldwide distribution in the future.
