(1) In respect of book orders no contract will exist between you and Rebel Books LLP for the sale of any products offered by us until we have accepted your order by email confirming that it has been processed and your order has been shipped. The acceptance will be deemed complete and to have been effectively communicated to you at the time that Rebel Books LLP sends the email (whether or not your recieve that email). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. (2) In respect of submissions no contract will exist between any submitting author and Rebel Books LLP until the work has been accepted and our standard contract has been signed by you and has been received by us. Please note Rebel Books LLP reserves the right to withdraw any title from publication for whatever reason without liability to any of the submitting authors and illustrators unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rebel Books LLP.
